We've had a lot of feedback about our front-page layout editor, and we've redesigned the interface to make it easier to edit. In the "Front-Page Layout" item of your site's "Layout" menu, rather than a sidebar of unused modules you can drag onto the columns, there are "Add Module" buttons above each column. These will bring up a popup with module options in a friendlier format. Best of all - you can now preview what the module will look like before you add it!
